1lb of frozen ground beef from Cold Spring Ranch.  All the animals at Cold Spring Ranch live happily on fresh grass on over 600 acres in Western Maine.  Gabe practices rotational grazing practices al la Joel Salatin to ensure the highest nutrional content of his forage land and ensure that his grasslands can handle onging sustainable grazing for generations to come.  Cold Spring Ranch is also the meat supplier for many restaurants and markets, including Primo and Bow Street Market in Freeport.
